and I built this because membership chaos makes me itchy.

I’m all about making your business backend feel as good as it looks — with simple, scalable systems that actually work (and don’t require 19 tabs or a daily panic scroll through Stripe).

LET'S TALK TECH REQUIREMENTS

 We'll assume you're taking payment using a funnel software, course platform, or membership platform.


You’ll need Zapier, Pabbly, Make, or some other automation software to bring your sales transaction data into Airtable


You’ll need an Airtable account. A free plan is fine to start with or will serve you if you have a low volume membership, eg. less than 25 members. As it grows, you may need to upgrade to the paid account if you're using all the included features and Airtable automations.

Supported payment processors: Thrivecart, SamCart, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Kartra, and more. 


Don't see your payment processor here? Google your processor's name and Zapier, eg. "Systeme.io and Zapier" and take a look at the various triggers available. You'll need the following triggers: new member / new purchase; member cancelled, and depending on your processor, a trigger for rebills / recurring charges.

All Airtable automations (within the base) are prebuilt and ready to turn on once you import the template.


For bringing in external sales data, you'll have access to Zapier templates. Templates for Pabbly, Make, etc will not be provided.

  • What about accessibility?
    All videos will have AI-generated subtitles, video speed control, and if its over 12 minutes, will also have timestamps.
  • Do I need to be tech-savvy?
    No. You get full video tutorials walking you through every step. You don’t need to be a tech queen to get this running. Just follow the videos and copy my clicks.
  • Do I need a paid Airtable plan?
    Nope! The free Airtable plan works perfectly. If you’re tracking a ton of data (like, 1,000+ rows), you might eventually want to upgrade — but for most, free is absolutely fine.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    Less than an hour – more like 30-40 mins. The base is already built, the formulas are done, and the training is quick. You’ll be tracking in no time.
  • What checkout platforms does this connect with?
    It’s optimized for Thrivecart, since that’s what I (and most of my clients) use.
    But you can adapt the setup for Stripe, PayPal, or other tools using Zapier or Make. If you can zap it, you can track it.
